Summer Collaboration with Chef Durrant

We are excited to announce that Chef Madalyn Durrant is joining us as the eighth chef in our Chef Collaboration Series!

Chef Durrant began her culinary career in Salt Lake City, rising quickly to sous chef and chef de cuisine roles at Current Fish & Oyster. She arrived in Chicago in 2022 to take the helm at Webster’s Wine Bar, where she quickly revitalized and expanded the culinary program and received recognition for her personal approach to seasonal cuisine, including mentions in the Chicago Tribune and The New York Times. In 2024, Chef Durrant joined Bar Parisette as Executive Chef, bringing her deep love for French wine, culture, and cuisine. This year, Chef Durrant was recognized for her work at Bar Parisette as a Rising Chef finalist for the Banchet Awards.
